This data includes your Slack profile information, such as your username, email address, and optionally your full name, along with any job titles that you choose to add in our platform.

Please note, we do not read any of the messages shared between users on Slack, and our application does not even require permissions to access such data during the app for Slack installation process.

2. Use of Your Information

We use your personal data to generate your Rekog profile, which is viewable within your company and with the entities you decide to share with. We do not use your data for any other purposes.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

Rekog does not share your personal data with any third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your personal data is stored and processed in Azure data centers located in Europe. We implement regular data backups and keep all data within Azure data centers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data indefinitely, unless you or your company requests full deletion of the data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access and correct your data through our web application. If you wish to fully delete your data, you may submit a request to support@rekog.com.

7. Age Limitations

Our platform is intended for use by adults in a professional context and does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by sending an email to the address associated with your account.
