Our Support Hours

Our dedicated support team is available from 8AM to 10PM Central European Summer Time (CEST). If you reach out to us outside of these hours, we'll get back to you as soon as we're back online.

Language Support

We provide support in English and German. We'll do our best to accommodate your language preferences.

Submitting a Request

When you submit a support request, please provide:

  • What you would like as an end result
  • A screenshot of the issue, if possible
